AI Workforce as a Service
AI employees that do the work, not just answer questions
Hanodale combines enterprise software, generative AI and agentic AI into a managed service: digital workers that understand tasks, use your systems, collaborate with your team and deliver measurable outcomes.
How an AI employee works
Understand, execute, account
Every AI employee follows the same loop, within boundaries you set.
Reads the context
Instructions, policies, data and business context from your systems and documents.
Does the work
Plans tasks, uses approved tools and coordinates workflows with people and other AI employees.
Reports back
Logs every action, asks for approval where required and reports outcomes against its KPIs.
A day at work
Example: the AI Finance Executive pays a supplier
Routine steps are automatic. Sensitive steps wait for a person.
- 1
Receive
An invoice arrives by email or supplier portal.
- 2
Understand
Supplier, amounts and tax are extracted and classified.
- 3
Validate
Matched to the purchase order and supplier record.
- 4
Prepare
A draft ledger entry is created for review.
- 5
Approve
Your finance manager authorises the payment.
- 6
Report
The system is updated and the action is logged.
Control principle: no payment release or other high-impact action happens without an authorised human approval.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is a digital worker built on Hanodale’s platform that does a defined job, such as processing invoices or answering customer enquiries. It has its own login and permissions, works inside your existing systems, reports to a named manager and is measured on monthly KPIs.
Will an AI employee replace my staff?
AI employees take on repetitive, rules-based work so your people can focus on judgement, relationships and exceptions. Most clients redeploy staff time rather than reduce headcount, and every high-impact action still needs a human approval.
Which systems can an AI employee work with?
AI employees connect to common ERP, HRMS, CRM, helpdesk, email and document systems through APIs or secure integrations. During discovery we confirm exactly which systems and what level of access each worker needs.
How is our data protected?
Each customer’s data is isolated, encrypted and governed by retention rules. Private deployment is available for regulated organisations, AI employees only get least-privilege access, and every action is logged for audit.
How long does it take to start?
A typical first AI employee goes live as a supervised 30–60 day pilot after a short discovery and design phase. You see measured results on your own work before committing to a subscription.
How much does an AI employee cost?
Plans start from RM1,500 a month for a Starter Team of one to two AI employees. Business Team plans for three to five AI employees run from RM4,000 to RM8,000 a month, and Enterprise Workforce plans start from RM12,000 a month.
