Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding covers configuration, integration with your systems, data migration and training. It is quoted once after discovery, based on how many systems each AI employee needs to use.
What does the usage allowance cover?
Every plan includes an allowance of AI processing for normal workloads. If a month’s volume goes beyond it, the extra usage is metered at a published rate, and you can set limits so there are no surprises.
Can I start with one AI employee?
Yes. Most clients begin with one AI employee in a paid 30–60 day supervised pilot, measure the results, and then add more workers or departments.
Do you offer outcome-based pricing?
For selected workflows where results can be measured and attributed, such as invoices processed or tickets resolved, part of the fee can be linked to outcomes. We agree this during design.
How are government and healthcare projects priced?
Government and healthcare programmes are scoped individually, with an implementation phase and an annual managed-service contract that covers support, monitoring and SLA.
